Below are the details of our shipping process.
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Please note, shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
*Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance delays for international orders.*
- Domestic shipping is free on orders over $125.
- Shipping rates for other orders and international shipping will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
RETURN + REFUND
At Èyí Dára, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you're not completely happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Please review our return policy below.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
- Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at service@eyidaranaturals.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at service@eyidaranaturals.com with details, and we will assist you further.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@eyidaranaturals.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will review the case and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@eyidaranaturals.com.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. Refunds will be processed in your local currency, and any changes in the exchange rate will not be covered by us.
