Yes. We don't use sulfates in any of our products and we never will. Sulfates are used to create a lather in hair care products and they loosen up oils on your hair.  However, sulfates are a known irritant that causes skin problems, including dryness.

No, all our products are free from sulfates, parabens, silicones, and other harsh chemicals. We believe in using clean, high-quality ingredients that are safe for both your hair and the environment.

Myrcene is a natural constituent or naturally occurring chemical found in food plants like citrus, basil, carrot, lemongrass, verbena, pomegranate and hop, and of their essential oils and juices. It is used as a flavoring in food and as a fragrance in cosmetic products.

Yes, our products are safe for color-treated and chemically-processed hair. We use gentle, sulfate-free formulas that help maintain color while nourishing and protecting your hair.

We are proud to offer cruelty-free products. None of our products are tested on animals. Our SHAMPOO BAR is vegan. We offer conditioning products made with amino acids which are animal-derived and cruelty free.

Our products are formulated with gentle ingredients, making them suitable for most skin types, including sensitive scalps. However, if you have specific allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list or doing a patch test before use.

Our products are formulated for adults, but they are gentle enough for children. We recommend checking with your pediatrician or doing a patch test before use on children under 12 years old.

We recommend using our shampoo bar weekly for coily hair types. However, if you have oily hair or use a lot of styling products, you may need to cleanse more frequently.

While our products are designed to work best when used together as part of a system, they can be used with other brands' products. However, for optimal results, we recommend using our complete hair care routine.

PRODUCT CARE

  • To extend product life and quality:
  • During use, avoid running the shampoo bar under water frequently.
  • After each use, allow the shampoo bar to air dry completely. 
  • Store the shampoo bar on a soap dish that allows water to drain away.
  • Store the bar in a cool, dry area, away from the shower stream or excessive humidity.
  • If you're storing the shampoo bar between uses or while traveling, place it in a well-ventilated container that isn’t airtight.
  • Keep the shampoo bar out of direct sunlight.

AFRO TEXTURED HAIR

No. They range from fine, soft, thin to coarse, lightly and densely packed hair strands.

Afro-textured curls are so springy that they can shrink up to 70% to  75% of their length. It might be hard to notice but Afro-textured hair definitely grows.

Afro-textured hair is fragile. Compared to other hair types, it is more susceptible to damage.

Protective styling. Protective styles help to give your hair a break from outside exposure (including sun, wind, humidity, pollution) and regular manipulation. It’s also a great way to protect your ends since most protective styles keep them tucked.

HAIR CARE

Your hair needs TLC to flourish. We encourage you to embrace a care regimen that works for your hair's specific needs. A good regimen includes keeping your scalp clean and moisturized and avoiding dry/brittle hair strands by deep conditioning and moisturizing regularly. Afro-textured hair needs lots of moisture because it is prone to drying out. So make moisturizing your hair a regular part of your hair routine. And any time your hair feels dry, just moisturize.

  • There are many reasons why hair can feel dry including:
  • Not adequately moisturizing your hair. 
  • Using products with harsh chemicals like sulfates, silicones and parabens.
  • Washing your hair too often. 
  • Not conditioning your hair after a wash. 
  • Abandoning your hair in a protective style for too long. 
  • Frequent dyeing and heat styling.

The best kind of moisturizer for hair should contain mostly water and a mix of oils and humectants (they draw moisture towards the hair).

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Please note, shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location.

Domestic shipping is free on orders over $125. Shipping rates for other orders and international shipping will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $125 for domestic customers.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package in real-time.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may increase during holidays or promotional events.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Expedited orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or customs delays. Please contact us if your order is significantly delayed, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic (US) orders. We require a physical address for  international orders.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and may be charged upon delivery. Please check your country’s regulations for more information.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping courier to resolve the issue.

RETURNS

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our customer support team at service@eyidaranaturals.com to initiate a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons. If there is a problem with the product, such as damage during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please email our customer support team at service@eyidaranaturals.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Include your order number and evidence of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations due to our fast processing times.

If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. We recommend doing a patch test before using any new product.

We offer free returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items. However, for other returns (e.g., if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
